Shipping Information

We currently do not ship outside of the United States or to P.O. addresses

Shipping is free and orders are packed and shipped on weekdays, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Once your payment is verified, orders are processed within 1-3 business days and then shipped. If your payment information is inaccurate or incomplete, your order will not be accepted nor fulfilled.

The types of shipping available at checkout are determined by the number of items in your cart and the weight of each item (not all of the following shipping methods are available at checkout):

Standard Post- Standard shipping in 4-7 business days

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However if you chose express or priority shipping and the tracking number shows the package as “delivered,” here are some tips:

If delivery was by USPS, contact your local Post Office to ask for carrier assistance where the package may have been left or to arrange redelivery.
Ask family, neighbors or property/building managers if the package was left with them.
Check porches and doorways.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact customer service immediately for additional next steps as we may be able to submit a missing mail claim on your behalf.

In order to receive your items correctly and within our advertised time frame, please ensure your address is entered accurately.

If a package is denied or the wrong address was entered, we will deduct the shipping cost from any credit or refund we may extend to customer when the shipment is returned to our warehouse.
